Tickets:
Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill (all combined under one ticket)
Tickets for the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums often sell out as soon as they become available. If you buy tickets through a reseller, verify the entrance time, as sometimes the times given are pickup times at the reseller office and not the actual entrance time at the site.
The Roma Pass is a combo ticket good for sights (including the Colosseum/Forum area and Borghese Gallery), in addition to a 2 or 3-day public transit pass. If you choose this option, please remember, you must reserve entrance dates and times for the Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery as well.
